Sunny Penthouse

The Thea Court complex is located in the center of Kapparis, a seaside district of Paralimni. The peaceful, clean, and sunny neighborhood consists of several buildings and two swimming pools. The pools are not visible to outsiders, ensuring guests’ relaxation and privacy. Each pool is equipped with loungers, tables, showers, and toilets. In the evening, the pools are illuminated.

Our apartment is located on the second floor of a building near the entrance to the complex. It has three bedrooms: two with single beds and the third with a double bed. The sunny and spacious living room (which includes two fold-out corner sofas) is connected to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals and also features a washing machine. From the living room and kitchen, there is access to a huge terrace (with a view of the sea and the complex) furnished with loungers and a table with chairs under a wooden roof to protect guests from the sun. Guests also have access to Wi-Fi and a rich offering of Polish-language and international channels. If you’re planning a vacation with a larger group of friends, this apartment is ideal – on the same complex, we have four more apartments, and another one is located 100 meters away! In the apartment, guests will find towels, beach towels, a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and many other amenities!
