Luxury Villa near Nissi Beach

Our villa is located in a quiet and peaceful area in Agia Napa, the most famous resort in Cyprus. The villa is surrounded by greenery, with a private pool as the central feature, along with loungers, umbrellas, and a raised covered area with a relaxation corner. Guests can also enjoy meals outdoors, thanks to the table and chairs. After swimming, you can use the outdoor shower surrounded by palm trees. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a comfortable sofa, a relaxation corner, and a large dining area with a kitchen. The first floor contains three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds. Both smaller bedrooms have access to a large balcony where guests can also relax using the lounge furniture. The largest bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower and a walk-in closet with an ironing area. There is also a second bathroom with a shower on the first floor and a toilet on the ground floor.

The kitchen is equipped with everything our guests may need: oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The villa also provides a washing machine, iron, and hairdryer.

Towels, both bath and beach towels, are available in all rooms.
