This apartment is located in a building situated in Kapparis, a coastal district of Paralimni.

It’s a charming one-bedroom apartment on the first floor, featuring a double bed and a living room with a pull-out sofa that can accommodate two additional people. The kitchen is open to the living room. Although it’s a one-bedroom apartment, it’s very comfortable for this type of accommodation. The living room leads to a balcony, fully enclosed with movable shutters, creating a cozy veranda. The bedroom has its own private balcony. The apartment has been completely renovated and is fully equipped: refrigerator, washing machine, electric kettle, and coffee maker. The balcony features garden chairs with comfortable cushions and a small table. Guests will find towels, beach towels, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board, and many other amenities in the apartment!

While the apartment doesn’t have a pool, it is just 400 meters from the nearest sandy beach (as are all the beaches in our area) and close to cafes and shops.
