With a View of the Water

The Thea Court complex is located in the center of Kapparis, a seaside district of Paralimni. The peaceful, clean, and sunny neighborhood consists of several buildings and two swimming pools. The pools are not visible to outsiders, ensuring guests’ relaxation and privacy. Each pool is equipped with loungers, tables, showers, and toilets. In the evening, the pools are illuminated.

Our apartment is located on the second floor of a building by the pool and consists of 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. The spacious living room is connected to a well-equipped kitchen and a large balcony with outdoor furniture. The view from this balcony is of the pool and the sea. The second balcony, accessible from one of the bedrooms, overlooks the neighborhood and also has a table and chairs. Guests also have access to Wi-Fi. If you’re planning a vacation with a larger group of friends, this apartment is a great choice – on the same complex, we have three more apartments, and another one is located 100 meters away! In the apartment, guests will find towels, beach towels, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board, and many other amenities!
