The Thea Court complex is located in the center of Kapparis, a seaside district of Paralimni. This peaceful, clean, and sunny community consists of several buildings and two pools. The pools are not visible to outsiders, ensuring relaxation and privacy for guests. Each pool is equipped with sunbeds, small tables, showers, and toilets. In the evening, the pools are illuminated.

This spacious one-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor, featuring a double bed and a living room where a fold-out sofa can accommodate an additional two people. The kitchen is separated from the living room by sliding glass doors, allowing guests to feel more comfortable and not disturb their vacation companions. Although the apartment has only one bedroom, it offers a large floor area for this type of accommodation. The apartment has been renovated and is fully equipped: refrigerator, washing machine, electric kettle, and coffee machine. The balcony, accessible from both the living room and the hallway, features outdoor furniture with comfortable cushions. In the apartment, guests will find towels, beach towels, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board, and many other amenities!
